    That's the first step. The harder it is to run though the dmv the less it's worth.

    I'd say that somewhere between what you offered and 1000 is probably pretty fair all around on that one. And cash greenies in the hand talk a lot louder than be backs or hold it for me's .

    I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd be checking on the 63-64 Riviera in front of it, that's worth getting just to part out with or without a title!..Brian

    I would pass for the simple fact it has no title. Say you pay 700 for it then go to do title work and you can't get one? Then what? Plus 1500 asking price with no title! That should have been a red flag right off the bat.
