All I can say is: I saw this little monster when it was just a SHELL sitting on his garage floor!! And it has come a LOOONG ways. I don't get up to his place as much as I used to/want to, but, if any of you get a chance, a visit to his place would be a "MORE than memorable time" He is a class act and a talented guy!!!! ......Ken

Heres some along the way pics for those that havent been following the birth of this thing. It was shortened 16 inches, chopped 6 inches and narrowed 5.5 inches. it went through a few different grills, settling on the homemade one. It had a hemi, which went onto be the powerplant in my gasser and finally it is what it is.

  9. Jim, that thing really needs to be an apple color to complete the theme. Green, red or even golden delicious! :D

Just reread and saw your color thoughts -
I think a gold flake over red base coat or something somehow to fit in with that golden delicious theme that Comet suggested -you know how that apple has like a red tinge in som spots im no painter but somebodies gottaknow how to do it - and lots of high gloss black every where else[IMG]

Funny, isn't it, how this car completely captures and totally surpasses the entire menacing vibe that so many of the rat rod idiots keep trying to achieve?
    That car is flat-out wicked!!

p.s. Can we vote on a color? Please no carnival-ride big metal flake job! Dark candy red would look bitchen, and I think it's what Satan would choose if it were his.
