Looks like a heavily customized AMC Matador maybe?????? Grille opening on a '71 is very similar.

According to Wikipedia "in Japan, this model was known as the 'blue whale' or 'kujira' Crown".​

 

I like this version better and wonder how much they wacked out of the top.
