I installed an electric fan and now it runs hotter!?!?

i run a lot of electrics , i find that the thermostat sensor that comes with the newer brands
is a low quality sensor, i have tried sensors from a number of sources and it seems to be the same sensor mfg.

now i use a electric as a back up or if primary i have a overide switch to control the fan manually.
