I lost my Son Cody and my HAMB family needs to hear my thoughts

I am so sorry for your loss. From the pictures, it looks like you guys had alot of fun together...for that, I'm sure you will always be grateful.

As the father of three boys myself I can't begin to understand how much this must hurt you and your family. When my oldest son found out that he had a brain tumor, just the thought that we may lose him was almost too much to bear. You and your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm very close to my two boys and couldn't imagine if something happened to one of them. I feel for you,as a father and as a fellow HAMB member. My heart goes out to you and your family...

Your pain and anguish are so real and so completely devastating that it cries out for a response.........I am sitting here crying over your loss.......I have never read a father's anguish come through so completely and so vividly........

I have two daughters and the younger one just left in her car to drive back to college tonight and I fear for her safety every minute she's on the road.......I can hardly wait until I get that text message from her that she's arrived safely.........

I am not a religious man, but my heart and spirit go out to you very strongly tonight........I am so sorry for your terrible loss........

As a father and grandfather, my heart is aching for you and your wife.
Why God chose to take Cody is known only by Him. But when He gives us what seems to be an overwhelming burden, He also gives us the strength to carry it, if we know Him and call upon Him. You were blessed to have Cody for those 25 years, as he was blessed to have you for a loving father. Comfort and take comfort from those around you and look forward to the day you will be reunited with him, with trust in our Lord. Love in Christ.

 

When my friend Dean Dwyer was dying he told me he hoped there were hot rods in heaven. I hope so for all our sakes. God be with you and your family at this time.
