one is in, the other two are out if i recall right. wont matter which way the two "out" wires go... check continuity with a multi meter and you'll know which is the input, but i'm guessing the one with the tab sticking out away from the edge of the housing
Can I add another question to this? My high beam indicator works when my lights are on low-beam and goes out when they are on high beam. Which wire do I swap to reverse this? Thanks
I'm pretty sure center is feed from switch, but to be sure use a continuity test. Center post should show continuity to one of the others, then to the second one when you clickit. If indicator is wrong, swap wires from one of the sides to the other. Original switches are good quality with high amp capacity...I find they will come apart with slight bending of tabs on the die cast part, then you can clean, grease, and reassemble for the next 60 years of use.
yup checked it out like you said, and the center terminal is the one from the switch, and the other two are to the headlamp.
