I need disk brakes

    Im looking for a rear disk brake kit for a 1961 chevy rearend (third member style) searched but cant seem to find anything.

    Try searching ebay, here is a start although they fronts.
    Good buy all the same.

    why discs in the back? if you are not racing it, or putting a huge motor in it, drums should be just fine. but then again, disc in the back would be cool. just have to clean your wheels more often with them, you know dust everywhere.

    You've barely even searched, right?

    The first three parts vendors for the x-frame cars that I checked carried rear disc kits: Sinclairs, Show Cars, Impala Bobs. CPP, Master Power, and SSBC also list kits.
