Do you know if 371 after-market manifold will bolt and match up to 324 engine? Problems? advantages? Thanks, K.
Nope--it's too wide, due to the taller deck of the '57-'58 block. I've seen it done, but it's a cob job. '49-'56 intakes are still quite common, so buy one of them and sell the 371 intake if you've already got it.
