I need some dimensions of a 6-10 spline Banjo drive-shaft adapter

I'm doing an open tailshaft conversion on a 10 spline '36 rear end, and need the OD dimension and the relative position of the pin holes of a 6 to 10 spline Banjo rear end coupler.

I have a couple of tapered keyway yokes, one off what may be a 1/2 ton, the other off a 3/4 ton commercial vehicle. They differ in overall size, incl talishaft yokes. I'm trying to use the smaller, but it seems as though the pinion end of the '36 driveshaft may be too big - hence the need to try a 6-10 coupler.

    thanks in advance.

  2. I've got a Hot Rod Works 10 spline conversion kit out in the shop. I'd be happy to take some measurements off it if that will help.

Whilst a measurement of the Hot Rod Works kit would be fantastic, I really need the measurement of the actual coupler,

I can't afford the $US295, plus currency conversion, and frieght, so I will explore doing a conversion myself. I'm on good terms with the local Machinist, who works for peanuts,

BTW the coupler is part number 48-4684, and at $US60 its will be a damn sight cheaper for me.
