Well, hello from South Australia, been playing with rods for 30 years always trying to be different. Built a couple of 34s and helped in a lot more. Now l have the beginnings of a 47 Merc convertible which l am going to build as traditional as l can. I like Marcia Campbell's coupe with the Olds grille done by Barris in 1951 so l will try to emulate the style . l am keeping the 59M flatty, but want F100 drums for self energising brakes plus a few other nods to safety. Been lurking here since 2021 now l joined to wrench some info from you people, to educate me in the traditional way; l've seen the light ha ha !
