I wanna see 4 door chops

Any one out there have any pics of four doors with the roofs chopped. I have a '53 Packard 4 door and am thinking about giving it a little haircut this winter. I'm not sure yet and wanted to see some others in the same year range for refference.

 

This one got a lot of kudos a few weeks ago...

wow ... looking good.....I love the stance of that moredoor, can you do mine the same way..... The familly photo is great with the cool open air ride for the youngest member. How much a chop is the moredoor ?

You're not going to see many. Most Kustomizers don't consider moredoors 'hot' cars-strictly family cruisers. You'll get discouraged on that one alot...

Here's another one... 52 Chevy 4-dr..I don't consider this car hot....well yes I do on a 100 degree day sitiing in traffic headed North on the 405...

As far as discouraged... don't be.. if it's yours and it's paid for, do it, learn from it...make it work and make people ask if it's a four door, besides maybe I've spent too many hours walking up and down the driveway looking at it. But after working on mine I don't really care for the look of chopped Chevy coupes or sedans...

 

Thanks for the pics guys. As far as discuraging me I don't care what others think. I build cars for my self, when people start paying me to build cars then they can tell me what and what not to do. This is one of my first project cars and I'm just experimenting, it only cost me $800, so if I ruin it what's it matter. I have never cared about 4 verus 2 doors.
