  2. Unless that guy's paying you for those pictures, why would you waste you're time? I just looked at you're website, and DUDE,you waste too many pic's on one car, Especially that F***ing thing! I'd rather see one pic of each car at the show, than ten of that thing on the coverage at Fuddruckers.my2cents...

The phrase "unclear on the concept" comes to mind.

The same nitwits that actually enjoy and talk about WRASSLIN' as if it were a real sport and the audience for this rolling Pitiful Piece o' Poop. Everyone that appreciates the theme of this car has an IQ equal to the number of antennas on this Pubic...oops, I mean Buick

If the owner is happy and paid for it job done. If it was mine it'd be black and white or a frosty pearl color.

It's bad-ass, and ass-bad all at the same time...

I never look at paintjobs much on customs anyway because chances are it's nothing like I would have done but this one's kinda hard to ignore.

The blue and red strobe lights cast an eerie glow as they flashed across the garage door in a steady staccato.

All was quiet, except the idling engines of the police cars in the driveway- their ever-present hum provided an odd, but somehow appropriate soundtrack for the impending apprehension.

The officers had surrounded the garage, and a voice began to bark commands through a standard-issue megaaphone...

"Open the garage door. We know you're in there. You can't escape - we have the entire place surrounded. The neighborhood is sealed off."

Silence...except for the humming idle of the police cars...

Again, the barking cop voice bellowed through the megaphone.

"We know you can hear us. Just open the garage door."

A hesitant click was heard from inside the garage, and the cops took cover behind open car doors; guns pulled.

A slow creak signalled the first movement of the garage door. Slowly, the large door began to creep upward. All attention was focused on the ever-growing gap at the bottom of the door. Each second exposed another inch of the unknown, and every cop had an itchy finger on touchy triggers.

Slowly, light began to escape from inside the garage. The dim bulbs exposed the outline of a large man. He said nothing...he didn't have to.

    He was...

    ...a wrestler.

With the garage door open completely, the wrestler and his custom Buick were in full view. The crime was now fully exposed, but luckily the Automotive Fashion Police were there in full force to prosecute this sick bastard.

"Alright Santos. Let's do this by the book. You know the deal."

Santos' large masked head nodded once, then stared into the bright spotlights fixed upon him.

The cop spoke again...the megaphone blaring only 20 feet from the intended listener...

"Put the airbrush down....and step away from the vehicle. Drop the tape too. Don't worry - we'll find them good homes. But drop them, now..."

Santos obliged - he had to. He was hopelessly outgunned. The ancient Paasche slid between his paint-stained fingers, and fell to the concrete floor. The glass cup shattered, and red paint flowed like blood toward the Buick.

One grizzled veteran cop leaned close to the rookie next to him, and whispered.

"I can't believe this guy...vertical flames? Murals on the hood and trunk? Damn...he's looking at 3-5 just on T&S charges.."

    "T&S?" the rookie quipped.
    "What's T&S Sarge?"

"Taste and Style, rookie. He's clearly breaking and entering traditional values here. It's simply against the law to have such a nice chop and clearly traditional custom touches, and do anything outside the Laws of Kustom."

"Well sure Sarge...I can see that. I mean, the rules were made for a reason, right?"

With Santos in custody and the Buick on it's way to a true custom shop for a fresh coat of black primer and red steel wheels, the old Sarge holstered his pistol and looked into the young rookie's eyes...and stated "Yes Rookie. The Rules exist for a reason, and without them, we wouldn't exist. That's why the Rules are important. We saved a car here tonight, and got the airbrush out of the wrong hands. Do you know how that car will be the next time you see it?"

"Will it be...Just like the '50s Bro?"

"Yes Rookie...it'll be Just like the '50s, Bro..."

I'd much rather look at murals of big brown Azteca chi chi's than a bunch of lumpy bumpy luchadores showing off their man-cameltoes in their tights, but just like in movies and TV, its ok to show fighters in our psycho-moralist public but don't you dare show pictures of tose mind corrupting evil naked lovers!!!

A prominent local Chicano artist I know told me that purple isn't a color traditionally used in the Mexican artist's palate.
Other than what he told me I don't know if that's true or not but that lavender paint not looking quite right with the rest of the work might substantiate the claim.

Anyway, I don't think many people on this forum, including me, know enough about this very ethnic art work to be qualified to comment on it's successfulness as a work of art.

In simpler words, Rednecks probably aint gonna like it.

beautiful car, never been a fan of vertical flames (except on fridges) and even less impressed with masked wrestlers... lovely body work on the car though.

I think they are quite funny on in-service police cars. I know a guy on the local swat team that put a few on the bumper of his cruiser, and at the time I couldn't stop laughing.

i actually kinda like the car.

Granted, I probably would have chosen the colors, some of the airbrushing is sloppy and I think the bullet holes are lame. I probably wouldn't have chosen to have that style of luchadores all over the car, but i kinda like them in a similar way that I kinda like mexican wrestling.... it's amusing.

That said, the car catches my eye more than if just had the same overdone flat black w/ red wheels look. i'd just go with different two tone colors...
