From what I gather, most car clubs arent like the boy scouts. You just dont sign up. You need to be accepted by one of them. So that at least means getting to know some guys in a club, hang out and show them youre a worthy addition to their club.

Why do you want to join?

I'm not asking that because its bad to be in a car club, just wondering.

 

At least, the ones with beer and chicks.

 

I just recently joined a car club. ABM which stands for ALL BY MYSELF....it ****s...I'm going to quit the club now.

Car clubs are boring, join a rock band. Now thats where it's at.

 

And if you're in a rock band and a car club....you get beat up in the parking lot at car shows for wearing mascara.

Inless you want to join some gold chainer club you've usually got to be invited to join a club, clubs for the most part are groups of friends who want to identify as one, they arent a magazine subscription. Talk to some friend and hang out with people and one way or another you'll get in good with some folks as long as your not a **** (all though with some clubs I wonder if thats a requirement) Why would you want to be in a car club anyways? So you get a nifty jacket and plaque? If thats the case you are wanting to join for the wrong reason.

BWAHAHAHA. I'll just sit back and watch this develop. maybe you can join that car club out in el centro what are they called again? can't seem to find their website right now. Car clubs only let you join if you know what muffler bearings, blinker fluid and cream filled jaffas are.

 

Yep. You sound like you have some nice cars, so you just go hang out and find the club you want to be in and make pals with 'em. You may find out that the club you thought was cool is just a bunch of drama... You're better off just being cool and letting them come to you. If it's a jacket you're after, contact one of the artists here on the HAMB, and have them design you up one...

how about this one for a twist? what do you do when a club asks you to join & you dont want to offend them by declining the offer but you really want no parts of any 'clubs'?

2nd rule.... try to stop laughing, politely turn them down, walk away ,continue laughing.
3rd rule.....never join any club that requires you to remove clothes for initiation ...... unless its the Hells Belles.
4thly........ Most successful clubs arent really club's anyway, just people that have similar interests ,get along ,no dues, silly business meetings,etc.

This whole poast has me rolling. Seriously be your own damn club. Then you get to be el presidente', vice el presidente", ****ertary, and all that ****. Plus you always approve of all the wemon folk you bring cause its your choice, same with the beverages. And you can do naked initiation with yourself whenever and wherever you want!
