The yellow one from his avatar. It looks nice in 90x90 pixels but I want to see more. He keeps calling it a rat rod, but I have my doubts. [IMG]

Damn, that car has one of the prettiest rooflines I've ever seen. Thank you for the link, Curt Six.

I wasn't meaning to say that I myself call it a rat rod, I just meant that when others do (which they do), that it doesn't bother me.

Thanks for the interest man, I'm glad you like my car. I'll see what I got in my camera.

Here's tonight's shot of the new hood.

I never really liked it without the hood - it just didn't look like a custom to me and ruined the shape I was going for. I only ran it without the hood because I didn't have time to cut it up and shape it to match the new grill.

Hey Speedaddict - I can do a little photoshop on your 39 if you want to get some ideas. Personally, I dig it just the way it sits, but it's always fun to play around.

Here are a couple of shots I took at The Asphault Invitational. The new hood looks great!

Artsy shot:

JSM56: Yes, I plan to go to the Joe Bailon Show on Oct. 17th - Auburn fairgrounds - I hope to see a bunch of us out there.

Norrland: The color is custom tinted Sikkens primer/sealer.

Shortbus: I'd be honored to have you shoot it, but if'n your'e waiting til it's done, it may be a long while.

Gotgas: thanks again. If it still looks yellow to you, you might wanna adjust yer monitor [IMG]

Cleatus,
I really like the look of the doors with the molded top and reshaped front portion. are you going to have framed gl*** or?

This is crudely done on a low res. blurry photo, but I plan to make the sidegl*** & frames look something like this:
