Hot Rods Id belly tank

A friend has this he said i can buy it if i want it. Whats it look like? It has a tag but of corse its covered by the center 2x4 . Its about 10-12ft long and 3 ft wide. Thanks billy

do think 500 is good?

 

The tank is rather large in Dia. and short on length. You would probably have to add
a section in the middle for a Bonneville car depending on the drivers need for leg room
and length of the engine ****** combination. All very doable

 

That tank is a nice size, think Markley Bros, they were knocking on 300 decades ago! $500 seems like a decent price, I have seen them advertised higher.

 

3 feet wide seems rather large for me here in this era.

 

yeah 500 bucks is ok I bought a long skinny one for 900 at one point. My buddy made it into a belly tank with a v8 60
