Technical ID - dropped tube axle

Can anyone id this... Got the pic from a facespook ad. Someone in spokane wa. Ad just says: 4" dropped tube axle, never installed
Not mine. Dont know the dude, just a ad

 

I would guess Super Bell Axle, maybe?

Sure looks like a Superbell. All the ones I’ve seen had no markings on them. Any names or numbers cast in that one?

 

The Super Bell I bought in the early 70's had a number stamped on one of the bosses. Mine had a 3 didgit number. I took it as a production number.
