ID these caps???

Found these , and decided to try some gibbs for getting the rust off, worked great. Just don't know what they are. these are neat... Only have two though.

I know what the caps are (Olds Fiesta aftermarket), but what is GIBBS?

If the clean cap looked like the scruffy one before the GIBBS, I need some of that stuff.

They must be repops, originals had three small old's emblems, you know the plantet thing, between each of the spokes on the spinner.
