Technical ID this bumper

Okay , all you sharp-eyed HAMB cats! Does any one recognize this? During the clean-up , it surfaced after many years. I recall buying a pile of parts at an auction that had some Model A and early Ford pieces that included this.

The tubular pieces slide in the uprights. Somebody said Lincoln?

 

I think it's aftermarket and could fit several models.

 

Looks kind of J.C. Whitney-ish.
