History ID THIS CAR?

    this photo was posted on a local site. it's someone's family members with their car; i think it's a mid-1920s essex. anyone know for sure? thanks. Scan0021.jpg

    28's have vertical slats in the rad shell I believe

    HUDSON, There is an upside down triangle logo/ name badge on the radiator. . Bob

    The cowl light mounting position seems consistent with Hudson. Same with the triangle on the radiator. The crease on the cowl is not seen in the '25 Hudson, but it is there on the '27.
    So...based on Googling rather than direct knowledge, my guess is 1927 Hudson Super Six.

    thanks for the input. my first guess was hudson based on the emblem, but i was unable to find pix that matched this model.
     
  6. The smooth fenders say 1924 Hudson Super Six, to me.
