Pay what it is worth to you, what is his plans for it or does he just want it for the way it is now.
Personally for me these are not my favourite body style for a hot rod project, standard coupes for me.
As a restored car well real nice. 14K depending on the quality of work which means taking a close up look at it.

Not a cabriolet. And both of Scooter's pics are 28/9, not 30's. They had the goofy hoods and beltlines like the later models.

You can tell it doesn't have door tops from those pictures? I need glasses (or a better pic).

What is up with the rear window??

i found a 28/9 sport coupe for my kids teacher....decent car , she wanted a cabriolet , but after finding this one...she was happy...she gave 14,500 for it and was happy to get it ... if the guy wants one and has the money ...tell him to enjoy the car brandon:D

Loudpedal, aside from the door tops the cowl is the wrong shape for a Cabriolet, as Alchemy pointed out 29 Cabriolets are more like the 30/31 models in that area.

The back window flaps upwards to fasten to the roof. Here are a couple of rear shots of my car to show both up and down.
