Technical Identify a headlight

  2. It's what I have heard called a drum style headlight, I had a set of Essex headlights that looked similar.

    They could be early 20's Dodge, seriously. HRP

  4. I'm with Danny, looks close to the buckets that were on my '25 Dodge. The trim ring and mount are different though. I will still go with Dodge.

    I have a 21-23 ish dodge in my yard and it’s headlights are more pointed A D95562E7-E701-4C89-A5F2-3D1F279A32CF.jpeg

    I had a 25 nash for a while, they used the drum lights too. Common in mid 20's I believe

  9. Many of the orphan/low production makes outsourced some components like headlight assemblies, so it's very likely that the same drum-style headlights were used on multiple makes.

  10. FYI, there is ONE exactly like these in the classifieds right now from HOTRODARCHAEOLOGIST. Tried to link it but I'm not that smart I guess!! Mitch

    Dodge used the post style mount like HRP posted through 1927. After that I'm not as well versed. Doesn't quite look Dodge to me. The barrel type started in '24 on Dodge, the tapered one is '23 and earlier.
