Identify mystery car?

I scanned a pic of my Dad and Grandfather, can anyone identify his car?

Packard, I'd say 1936 110, maybe 115.

You're not too shabby yourself! The hubcaps were my first clue.

 

Definate give away there, I was looking for the spear on the hood. It is a junior series for sure. You can tell by the fenders and the hood vent.

 

Many thanks guys! I had no idea,a Packard! Thats way cooler than I would have thought. My German gramps spoke little english but was self employed in the coal and coke business on the Chicago south side.

 

. Coke business? I thought they smuggled booze back in those days....
