Technical Identify steering wheel

    Greetings and salutations.

    I'm wondering what this beautiful little treasure is from. The seller doesn't know and neither do I.
    And can you explain the extra hole and the "lugs" at the center?

    20's....not sure what it's off of but the hole and lugs are locking.

    Looks like that's the same one that you're showing, Joe. Except that the one you posted looks to be made of steel. The one I'm looking at is advertised as brass. I can't help but wonder if it's just spray painted gold.

    I know a lot of the really old steering wheels were made of brass. But the color on this one almost looks too uniform. I'd expect to see at least a little corrosion.

    I agree.....sure looks like the whole wheel was refurbished - wood refinished and spokes painted (don't think brass would pit like that).
