Technical Identify this bumper

A guy asked me what these fit. I know you guys can tell. The rear bumper got my attention, The braces are about 54 inches apart! What has a frame that wide?

Looks like it's a 1938 Plymouth item....The center bolt matches the Plymouth emblem shape on the grille.
