Identify this floor jack?

Got this floor jack over the weekend. It came out of a Ford dealership that closed in the early 70's. It needs rebuilt and I wonder if anyone knows who the manufacturer is. I guess once that is known, any reputable hydraulic supply shop should be able to rebuild it or provide parts?
