Technical Identify this Rear Spreader Bar, 33 or 34 or ???

Got this spreader bar a a Swap Meet thinking it was for a 34 Vicky. It is the correct width and the holes in the ends match the holes in the frame. It has never had a spare tire mount on it, as best I can tell. There is no evidence of one being on it or being removed from it. But its not the same as a 34 Vicky, its close but not a match. Could it be from a 33 Vicky or from ???? Thanks for your input.
