picked this axle/spring/spindle combo from an older guy getting out of the auto repair business. it's a left-over from his 32 coupe build. he could not remember what rotor/caliper was fitted to it. hope some one can ID what I need to complete it. it appears to be a speedway combo buy with reversed eye spring, super bell axle, and hair pins. any help is appreciated. thanks, mike NevIsaxle1.jpg NevIsaxle2.jpg

  2. Looks like it would fit the standard GM Metric caliper that uses 2 pin bolts as slides. The flats in the bracket support the caliper. You could remove that spacer, yank the bracket and revert it to drums pretty easily.

The spindle is a repro 40 Ford style with the spacer on the snout to adapt the disk rotor. Sorry I can’t help with what caliper fits.

If that spacer on the snout measures 1.991 and 1.377 it is for adapting Dodge Aspen rotors with the Mopar/Ford
    4 1/2” bolt circle.

Aspen/Volare rotors for Mopar/Ford small car pattern.

    Camaro rotors for GM pattern.

Speedways info should show the center to center bolt spacing to determine if it's for Metric calipers or intermediate. I think the Metric is 5 1/2" C to C
