We used to meet saterday afternood at Burger King in Lynnwood before it closed down. There use to be quite a turn out and a lot of kool cars. It would be nice to have a place to meet like that again. Dicks in Seattle has a really small parking lot. How about a Buzz In somewhere centraly located? They usually have big lots and cater to the Hot Rod/Bike community already.

Recent transplant from AZ. I'm in Cedar Mill (West side of Portland).

Suedesled, was I talking to you about borrowing my Desoto manifold? If so, sorry I haven't got down to see you, but my job has kept me extremely busy...

What about the the Krusty Burger (Burgerville) in Vancouver, WA? There's also The Blue Moon Diner in Beaverton (Aloha?).

the Dick's in Queen Anne has a pretty big lot. Just make sure there isn't a game or something late and it should be fine...the one to go to i think is the one on Holman road, pretty big lot...not quite Ballard, but on the way there. Also the Lake City lot is pretty good especially if we get there at the right time.

Oh, i live 5 blocks from the shoreline border but am on the Seattle side. In NY for schoool, be back in June.

  22. I've been watchin' that car come together here...pretty wikkid ride, Jim. One of the best modifications to a sport coupe done anytime, anywhere...top lifts off, right? Going to bonnie, I hear? Is that why the motor is set back like that...class rules? Im just getting started on a 30 low hi-boy...(dropped frame center). Not following anybodys rules but my own. Thanks for volunteering the NW Hamb'r info.

I live in Snohomish, WA. The only thing that I have that is somewhat old and runs is my 55 chev truck. I think the tweed interior and billet armrests make it not practical for this forum. The three window is a long way off for me right now.
I used to go to the burger king in Lynnwood once in a while but I got tired of the infestation of mopar muscle cars.

I think it is time for a meet in the seattle/tacoma area. Lets pick a place and a day. Dicks was suggested before but the parking lots are too small. How about XXX rootbeer in issaqua. They have huge parking lots and are friendly to gearheads. What day works best for people. Post up a day.

They still have XXX root beer? The one in Sea-Tac and Des Moines closed years ago. I thought they were all gone. Are they as good as they were years ago?
