Frames is a Halibrand QC dealer? Dude builds incredible rods for sure.

 

Something a little different from a QC but not your everyday 9” is a Winter’s aluminum housing. This one is going under my Comet.

 

There is no such thing as a Halibrand dealer. I was one until they closed shop.

Dennis Frings (Frames) deals in used and refurbished stuff. We share parts and knowledge. He has been doing this so long that he forgets how old he is.
