Howdy, Pardners! I'm irish27T, and I just got on board here! I'm a old man who's owned 46 vehicles since I was 15 years old. 55-57, 60's Impalas, Triumph & BSA bikes, various****undry Chevies, including a Dual-quaded 4-speed 301 SBC 56 Nomad with a 64 Impala SS interior (including the SS 4-speed console) but my all-time favorite? Right! ...My 26 T Roadster: black body, red vinyl tuck n roll interior, TWO opening doors, tri-powered 68 Vette 327 with a mild cam, 46 Ford steering & suspension, 55 Chevy passenger rear axle (3:36 gears) & a Turbo 350*******. It's COOL. it's FAST, and it's FUN! I've been "watching this Board for months when suddenly, BINGO! Ask to get on! Who knows?...Maybe they'll let you! I LOVE this stuff! I'm planning a rolling chassis build for a 27 T Roadster Pickup with a tri-powered 5-speed 283, 9" Ford w/3:50 gears, cloth top, same colors as my present Rod, electric wipers, a RADIO I can actually hear, HEATER, and all of this perched on top of 32 Deuce boxed rails. Lions Hot Rods of McHenry, Illinois and Jim Unruh and crew (friends of Cotton Werkman) will start this build just as soon as I sell the afore-mentioned T and a 62 Impala SS hardtop. It's good to be here! irish27t
Hey Dan glad you made the jump and signed up! You will love this place, it can be an addiction of sorts. I can vouch for Dan...he knows his stuff and is a great guy with a TON of knowledge. He drove his T to the pileup in ' 04 so many of you have probably seen it. Only one thing.....don't sell the t! Bill
