hey guys. I noticed that a bunch of ya'll are from the 'Ville or surrounding areas. Anyone here ever drag race out at Fairview/Dickson in the middle-late 60's early 70's? Ya mighta knew my pops. He knew a bunch of people around. He worked at the old Gardner's Machine out on Trinity Lane back around '75 to '76. I sure wish I had pictures of that old dragstrip. It's tore down now. K9racer.... you know the A sedan that you looked at that is down off of Hwy 231... that is the one that Bucky is talking about.... the one that I couldn't find the owner of....
