I need the name and phone number of someone you know that is showing a car or vending at the Sacramento Autorama this weekend and then hauling their car/merchandise to the Detroit Autorama for next weekend. PLEASE Anyone have the number of the dude from Texas that has the Olds convertible and '56? Oldsmobile wagon that just displayed at the GNRS. I heard he's in Sacro?
Thanks bud! I apprecaite it. I've got everyone and their brother helping look for someone. The guys at Rad Rods by Troy are helping, Pinkee's, Foose Design, Advanced Plating, Streamline, Hollywood Hot Rods, Circle City Hot Rods, The Poor Boys, Axle, and a slew of other friends that will be attending the Sacramento event. Anyone that I think might be displaying or know of someone that might be displaying has gotten a phone call from me today. Perfect opportunity for transport and I don't want it to slip thru my fingers.
Google search of what?? Here's the wagon, and here the shop that built it. Got the name of the shop by chance??? Shops outside of Austin Texas
That '57 Olds wagon is owned by Bruce Ricks from up here. It was built by Cimtex Rods in Austin. Tim and Darryl Cimbannon own the shop. I believe they have a website called Cimtex Rods? I'll check, be right back...
Neither shop owner called me back today but I did leave a couple of voicemails for someone who I believe owns the Olds wagon and Olds convertible. Not 100% sure he'll get the message before Sunday night so Bruce from the Poor Boys is going to try to find him this weekend at the show and relay my message.
Yep, great shop, had a nice visit there a couple of years ago and they seemed like great guys. Left a voicemail for them today but got no return call. That one call could mean the difference to me on whether the guy with the Olds wagon, Bruce Ricks, can help me out on Monday or not. I've got two numbers for Bruce but not sure if one is a cell number or not and if not then he probably won't get my message if he's traveling with the car.
