No offense to the S.M.S.R.A. or the folks at Charleton Park, but I have been going to this show for what seems like 3/4 of my lifetime, and I am looking to do something new this year.

    Any Ideas, suggestions???

IF I was going to be in town there would be only one event that I would attend and thats the Eyes on Design Concourse event at the Edsel Ford Estate. Every year there are couple hundred different cars to look at.....not the same cars parked in the same spot each year that tends to happen at the local events.

Here's my 2008 adventure thread to that event

and here's the link to my 2007 adventure to that event

It's a three day event and one of the best in the whole country. Well worth the 7 hour drive if you can get Friday off work.

:D well then head to the Eyes on Design event, you won't be disappointd. In fact, you will probably thank me later for recommending it. :D

Oh yeah, I know it's going to sound corny BUT do the mansion tour right there on the grounds. I think it's about $8 BUT well worth it, trust me.
