i joined a while ago, but i was looking for something to work on, but now that i have something, i will be on here alittle more. i live in massachusetts, and i own a 1929 model A. well not really the whole car. its more like just the cowl and frame and headlights and a few other things, but it will be something when im done. i am into scale modeling too. i built a sedan with a scale 5 inch chop, i built a chopped 32 3 window, and i built the beverly hillbillies model, which turned out completely different from the cover, and right now i am working on a 49 merc which im gonna chop, and slam it. i dont know what color it will be, but i will have time to figure it out
Hey !!...Welcome from Ohio..It's neat that someone your age is intrested in hot rods..There's a lot of good info on here and a lot of knowledge to help steer you in the right direction..Sounds like you're off to a good start on the 29 A...I know that some hot rodders that start a new project with a pair of old headights or maybe a radiator shell...Have you checked out model car Sunday on the Hamb?..There's some unreal craftmenship there too.....
Welcome to the HAMB from WI I was 14 when I bought my first car ! good to see some one your age in to this ! you will have to post pics of your models on Sunday model show !
