Hot Rods Im official now!!

This summer I had a hamb tag topper given to me and finally got around to putting it on.
Thanks Dave(i.rant) Dave gave me the topper after we had met at a rodrun and shot the **** for awhile, his stipulation was that I pay it forward to someone somewhere down the line.

A while back, there was a pic on the HAMB of a HAMB topper that someone had filled with some material that made the casting look really cool. It was a red material and they had the raised portion of the casting polished. Anyone remember this or am I dreaming?

I cut the tab off this one and made me a HAMB axle. It was nicely painted black in the center but evidently it takes more abuse down there than I thought. But I kinda like the patina it has collected.
