Technical I'm on a roll with finding goodies!

    Any idea what this seat might've come out of? I might try to stick it in the Oakland 3 window, though legroom might get pretty tight with the standard door set up.... hmmmmm

  2. No idea what it started out in but I believe I'd re think using it in any kind of sedan. Trying to get in over the fixed sides and being it will need to be mounted up off the floor some you'll be needing one of those Fat Man steering systems the 60's T-Birds used at the bare minimum. Does look Kool though. Build a Speedster with it and get in from the Passenger side.

    It is from around 1910, still has the gas tank brackets on the back, and the brackets to attach the top bows. Photo is a 1911 Buick. Bob

    Nice piece. Like the others said, combine it with a cowl and you've got a DIY speedster. You've sure been finding a lot of cool stuff lately.

    the peg on the side looks to be a top bow support... early touring car...

    Horseless carriage for sure, looks a lot like Buick and probably is as they were fairly popular.
