^^^^^^^^^^^^^ They do look strange with all that trim.

 

Here is a current photo of one with that trim. Don't know if he made them or found them

 

Maybe the guy above ^^^^ in the 55 bird adapted this trim to the T-Bird.

Always liked these colors.... Had a club Sedan painted two-tone like this and a Ranch Wagon in the darker green.

 

With Merc SW tail lights, I’m thinking this is custom.

 

The full sized car side spear was in the center of the tail light. The Bird couldn’t do this because of the rear fender tire opening...

Good eyes I can't tell even with it at giant size.

 

The tri-five Fords are 57, 58 and 59. These years share a platform just like the 55, 56 and 57 chevy

Or, 1954, '55 and '56.
