Is it a real 1932 model? If it was produced from repro body and chassis, it would likely get titled as a 2006. In that case emmisions regulations would kill it. If it is a vintage car, most states have reasonable title procedures that would allow issue of a 1932 title that would make it easy. The biggest concern that way is having really solid documentation to show origin of the car. Original VIN numbers would help a great deal.

If you build a car in the U.S. the regulations are state by state. In Wisconsin if it looks like a 1932 Ford it gets titled as a 1932 Ford. Importing a car the rules maybe different but I don't think you would have any problems in Wisconsin but other states maybe a problem.

The car is new all over! it has no VIN numbers.
How does it work if your building a -32 in USA with all new parts including the body and frame?

New all over? I wish I felt that way.;) However, where did you get that "new all over" hemi. That firewall doesn't look like it's fiberglass, unless my eyes deceive me.:D

Ok! The Hemi, trany, rear axel and the -39 breaks are not new, but the rest is. I´m sorry to admit that the firewall and the rest of the body is new from Deuce Customs of Australia. The body was great but it would feel be better if it was made of steel!

In Texas, It would be titled as a 2006 model if you did it right now. You would need documentation of where all the parts came from. You also want to retain any sales tax records. They play a part in the process. I expect you would need the same to get through customs. The biggest issue, if you have to title as a curret year, in many areas, you will need to meet current smog regulations. You may be better off to "swap" in a vintage frame with a good title.
