    Hi Everyone!!
I need to make a little modification on the speedo bullet that goes in my '55 Chevy equipped with a TH350.
What I need to know is the thread size of the bullet.

    Thanks

    Danny

Buy a thread guage and work it out for yourself. Old threads get drilled and retapped so regarless of what anyone on here says it could be anything.

Give a man a fish and he wont go hungry for a day, teach a man to fish and he will never go hungry.

Are you referring to the thread where the speedo cable housing retaining nut screws onto the speedometer drive? I don't know from memory, but I can measure one and post here later.

I felt an obligation to keep my word in post #3.....in which I said I would measure and post the results. Not sure if your comment is intended to ‘console’ me or you are taking a shot.

Regardless, I try to provide relevant information in threads where it is requested, IF I think my response may be helpful. Were it not for H.A.M.B. members routinely doing that, we would all be the poorer.
