You want to know if being an American Citizen will give you an advantage. Let's talk about the important thing here. Being a genuine American is not to be taken lightly. Being an American can provide many benifits yet can also be held against you by the ignorant, the petty , and the French. As an American it is just a simple matter to take any negative condition and turn it into a positive. It's what we do. So the answer is yes, it is always an advantage to be a Genuine American Citizen even when it isn't. Are you looking to arrange a marriage of conveinience? Are you an attractive female? Can you perform house cleaning while wearing only pearls and heels. If so send pictures. We can work out the car thing later.

There you are. If you would please restate your original question. It's no problem for anyone to buy up a bunch of cars here and Ocean freight them to just about anywhere. You don't have to be a citizen although having access to one who is reliable is a good idea. Don't worry about exploiting your friend. After all what is america but testimony to exploitation. We speak that language fluently. Different countries have there own rules and regs. If the shipment is classified as parts or metal or scrap even then you can avoid the vehicle importation duties. Vehicles with serial numbers are a different thing. I know in the past that regs have varied but I think Customs folk are reexamining the values of vintage vehicle. Everyone seems to be looking for more money. All these fees we get hit with nowadays are just the transferance of debt from the governments to individuals. California can't even afford to finish this fucking Bay Bridge project. But I digress... You already know this so I'm trying to figure what information you do need. I've sent stuff off with little fuss in the past but I can only imagine what new hassles are involved since Bin Ladens's calling card arrived. I happen to like old VW's but people who post about them here get a fair amount of crap. I guess the attitude is that they are tolerated to a limited amount. That's fine. But would someone please explain what a "gold chainer" is? Are these the fat guys in Italian loafers with expensive haircuts and worsted wool slacks who make flashy deals at perhaps Jackson Barrett hence driving the price of everything up while wearing an expensive man's neckalace or sometimes a bracelet?
