Hot Rods Imprinting my Grandkids this summer...

Flying my Grandkids out{2 boys ages 15 and 16} this July for a week of Hot Rodding with me. Tenative schedule.....

Twilight cruise NHRA

Do-nuts in Huntington Beach

Speed Zone.........300mph dragsters on a controlled track they can drive

Anti-Donut breakfast

El Mirage

and of course Surf City{ huntington beach} so the can oggle the Hot Calif chickys

I hope you guys have a great time,,might even be able to influence them in a hobby filled with memories they can enjoy for many years to come. HRP

 

Cruzr will be taking them about in my Roadster,it has more room than his coupe. He is really excited about this, and the chance to turn em both into Hot Rodders for the rest of thier lives

 

I told them on the phone today, they are stoked...................

You are going to let them drive the coupe aren't you ? Even if it is in the parking lot.

 

....I may be a little too old (60) but, count me in as well. Be safe and have a great time with the grand-kids.

 

Get a couple of pictures of them behind the wheel of your hotrod and postem up here...... sounds like a great week..........

LOL, getting a 15 and 16 year old up at the crack of dawn is no small feat. I wish you the best of luck.

 

Denise, at 15 I would have not slept with an agenda like that. Would have wanted more than one beach day tho

 

That's awesome! No one in my family were or are car people. Lucky kids!

 

you read my mind, one has a learner's permit....i plan on going to a industrial park or someplace where there is no cars and let them putt around a bit..........
