The Cache Valley Cruise-In is 4th of July weekend and is pretty good. I also like the West Yellowstone Rod Run first weekend of August. I know it's in MT, but I think it is worth the drive.

What dates are you going to be here?

Anyone heard of the Stags CC in Ogden? Saw an event schedule for Rocky Mtn. Raceways says they are hosting the Graffiti Drags there next month. Any more info?
