Hey guys, do any of you know where you can get individual rubber frame pads? I am missing one, mustve lost it when i was moving the body around. All i see are kits for the whole frame. Need help, thanks!
I was looking at those and they look very similar to the rubber strap on an exhaust hanger,maybe some creative fabrication?
Rubber straps on exhaust hangers are usually made from recycled tire sidewall rubber. You might could be able to cut up an old tire and make your own replacement pad? It's a thought...
A nice thick $20 semi mud flap will make you about 10 sets, cut the size out and punch the holes with a hollow point gasket punch....hey, I am cheap, but it works well.

My car is sitting on truck mudflap rubber, no problems. once it is bolted down it just sits there, nothing too high tech about it. Think of how the old ones usually look, just about anything is better than most of the originals.
