A little info might be helpful, do you have anything on it at all? Where did you get it from? I am guessing Model T frame rails and rear spring. Some pics from the front would be good also.
What I can tell you for sure, the push truck bumper was too high! Seriously, with several thousands of homebuilt midgets and a thousand or more by serial builders, the likelihood of identifying any thing on that car but the rear axle, front axle, front and rear hubs and steering is unlikely. In that iteration it was a single left side exhaust, could be a motorcycle engine, unlikely an outboard, possibly a Ford 4N tractor engine. All were common in that mid '30's era.
