Have you tried doing an online image search of the picture you posted above? That pic may show up on some other sites that could provide you with some more information.
Hey OWes21 from Lake Stevns this is gett"n eerie. Way back in the mid forties I drew this very P/U, with the WW's and still have that drawing. Me and my best buddy were getting into cars and loved to try our had at drawing hot rods. We were around eight or ten at time. I just went looking for that pic, and the others and can't find hide nor hair of them. A those gremlins from out in the shop who cause trouble all the time have more than likley found their way into my office somehow someway. Larry Moe, from Federal Way (34Larry)
The cab is similar to my cab so I was curious. I did the Google image search and found other similar cabs
My son in law bought this truck from his cousin who got it from a guy in California. Supposedly used a fordoor sedan. He sold it cause he’s 6’2 and had zero room in it So I agree that truck cab looks like it was built from sedan body. Looks nice
