Picked up this Reichenbach Bros cowl steering box today at Hershey. Seller said it was rare. So rare, I can’t find any info on the interweebs. Anyone know about them?

Looks like Max & Elmer Reichenbach were Midget & Roadster racers/builders out of Illinois

Doing a search on here I found a few threads mentioning the name Reichenbach. Super interesting that I have a piece of midget car racing history.

A few pics of the car Max Reichenbach helped build. Bolt pattern on steering wheel looks same/similar to that on the cowl steering box I have. I’m sure he used their boxes in those builds. Cannot believe I found this thing!
