    I don't recognize it as a H.A.M.B. car, but you hit it right on the head with typical "T" bucket type construction. I see the lowers of the cowl trimmed way back, makes me wonder how wide the frame is at the firewall. Lose the wide rear tires, change a bunch of details and shorten the front up a few inches and could be a pretty traditional looking rig.

    Outside of all the bling that is a pretty simple little truck. A basic T bucket chassis and a T bucket style chassis. It may have even been a T bucket at one time with a body swap. A guy could take a set of the California Custom Roadster plans and modify them slightly to fit the truck cab and build a similar one pretty easily.
