Info please on these hubcaps??

Anybody know who makes these aftermarket hubcaps? I would appreciate any information!

 

Looks to be a cap for a wire wheel. What's the diameter?

 

1930's for sure.

 

Your hub cap is laying on a Ford pickup seat.

 

They appear to fit a 6 3/4 hole. Total is 8 " thanks

 

Those are hubcaps for Motor Wheel wire wheels for non-Mopar cars. It looks like some one has moved the clips to the outside of the ring.
