Im building a 26 T Coupe with 235 chevy for power. The issue im wondering about is now that i have it mocked up in the chassis. It seems to set off center to the center of the cowl. All the measurements front and back are the same. So im just not sure what to think. Can someone give me some help?

Check the distance from each side of the block to the frame rail on that side. The valve cover sets off a little to the passenger side, so that may be what you're seeing. Or its the whole intake/exhaust hanging off the other side thing that's throwing you off visually. Just measure the block sides, and the crank center line to both rails; if that's right, anything else is just an illusion. ;)

Cool that you're using a six, BTW. Later, Kinky6

Every thing is centered in the frame rails. Yes it's the valve cover off center about two inches thats messing with my head. Just wanted to make sure thats the way it's supposed to be. thanks for the help.
