I bought this nutty tank at a swap meet a few weeks back. It was painted by some guy called Spook from the Midwest. The crown is sculpted in 3 dimensions out of steel. Unfortunately I had to put it on ebay because I need the money. I'm not spamming hence no link. I just wanted you all to see a bit of history from when drugs ruled creation.
Don't know who "Spook" is or was but the freak drops look a little like the stuff Ron Finch was doing back then.
Pretty sweet*****in tank! I love those psycodelic paint jobs, just think of all the time and coke it took to do that. -Jesse
Wish I had a pic of my brotherinlaws' '71 Javelin before I repainted it.Looked like the same guy painted it.I tried to talk him out of repainting it &****ured him that it would come back in vogue....eventually....maybe.

there was a van painter here in the northeast named Spook in the '70 when vans were the rage looks like his style...
Quickrod's dad had an Anglia done similar to that...instead of freak drops it was a Metalflake and Lace job.
